Quality Procedures

We constantly develop Quality Objectives, which are identified through a rigorous Management Programme and are regularly reviewed and updated by our Quality Assurance/Environmental Manager.

All printing presses and binding/finishing machinery are installed with double sheet detectors to ensure quality and efficiency.

We make use of copy recognition sensors on all feeders to ensure the sections are always gathered in the correct sequence. We also have bar code readers on our cover feeders which continually monitor each and every cover during the binding process.

We also undertake specific checks during and after printing. This includes frequent random checks during binding and packing to ensure that the product is manufactured and finished to the standard our customers deserve.
