Which file formats do you accept?

In-Design, Quark Xpress, PDF, Illustrator, JPG, TIFF, EPS, Word and Excel. There are other formats that we can also handle, please feel free to ask our Customer Services department. We can also provide our job option parameters to you so that any PDF’s that you generate yourselves will be plate ready.

How quickly can you print my job?

After you’ve signed your proof, we’ll get to work. The finished product should be ready for dispatch to you within 4-5 working days. If your job requires specialist finishing, it will take up to 7-10 days.

How can you look after me as a client?

At Thanet we make sure our clients are well looked after. We are dedicated to client satisfaction and offer a range of services to ensure that we always exceed client expectations. These include personal visits, telephone and email contact, all of which are supported by a dedicated team of customer service staff who will endeavour to understand your needs and preferences. All clients are assigned their own Customer Services Executive and they will be the single point of contact from that point on.
